The 2004 National WHEP Contest was held July 28 - August 1, 2004 on the campus of Virginia Tech and on the nearby Jefferson National Forest , Blacksburg Ranger District.

Education For A Lifetime
The experiences and friends 4-H'ers made at the national contest will last a lifetime. The young people who attended this contest will be the leaders of tomorrow.
