The foliage of this ground cover is glossy green,
turning wine-red in the winter. White flowers
bloom in the summer.

- Suggested uses for this plant include
ground cover.
- Planting Notes:
- Plant 15 to 18 inches apart, in well-
drained,
acid soil, in full sun.

Related species:
POTENTILLA TRIDENTATA (Wineleaf Cinquefoil) is a
native of eastern North America and forms a
solid mass of foliage.
- Comments:
- This herbaceous perennial is an excellent
ground cover for small areas.
It does not form a dense mat of growth like the
Wineleaf Cinquefoil.
