Judy holds a Degree in Human Services Counseling and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Career and Technical Education.

Work Experience

Judy comes to the Northwest District Office with 11 years of working experience; as a Program Assistant and a FCS Agent. Her prior experience was in private industry where she worked as a food service director in the District of Columbia and Virginia for over fifteen years.
