Giving to Virginia Cooperative Extension

Your support of Virginia Cooperative Extension will help to ensure programs that help commonwealth citizens for years to come.

Virginia Cooperative Extension has a rich history of making a positive impact on the people of Virginia. That history includes a long tradition of support from volunteers, friends, and cooperators who have helped make Extension a success in making a difference.

In each of our four program areas of agriculture and natural resources, 4-H youth development, family and consumer sciences, and community viability we are committed to understanding and addressing today's needs and preparing to meet tomorrow's. This capacity to adapt and respond to changing local needs — to provide solutions — is what makes Extension a valued and relevant entity to the people of Virginia.

Private dollars can make the difference between excellent programs and exceptional programs, and the investment of friends of Extension is critical to our success.

Opportunities include endowing faculty positions such as chairs, professorships, and fellowships; establishing ongoing support for individual programs and initiatives; contributing to already established endowments; and more.

Making a difference may be easier than you think.
