  Hard copies can be obtainined by ordering publication 424-100 from the Extension Distribution Center, 112 Landsdowne Street, Blacksburg, VA 24061. Include a check for $5.00 to "Treasurer, Virginia Tech," for each copy ordered.

  The handbook is divided into sixteen parts, plus an introduction and references section.
