Virginia 4-H Congress June 26-29, 2006 The 86th 4-H State Congress was held at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia from Monday, June 26 through Thursday, June 29, 2006. Almost 700 4-H'ers, volunteer leaders, Virginia Cooperative Extension agents and Virginia Tech and Virginia State University faculty members attended.
