	I have consulted with my parents/guardian and Extension Agent regarding  
	Virginia 4-H Congress.  I have read both the CONGRESS CODE OF CONDUCT 
	and DRESS CODE and understand their provisions.  If I break this 
	agreement or my conduct is not satisfactory to the Congress Supervisory 
	Team, I understand that I will be sent home.

	I agree to abide by these provisions while attending 4-H Congress.
