LODGING AT AIRFIELD
The Executive, Conference and Dorm lodges are nestled among the trees along the shore of Airfield Mill Pond. The contemporary, rustic design of the lodges blends with its natural environment.
The Executive Lodge rooms, like any first-class hotel, are tastefully furnished with two (2) double beds. A deck encompasses each lodge enabling guests to enjoy social activities in this picturesque environment.
Our Conference Lodge rooms are at the Mill pond's edge and comfortably appointed with each room consisting of one (1) double bed and two (2) full sets of bunk beds. Because they are subtly smaller than our executive rooms, we offer a lower room rate. From approximately mid-June to mid-September these rooms will all be converted to Dorm style lodging to accommodate our summer campers.
Our Dorm style lodging rooms are set up for eight (8) people occupancy with four (4) full sets of bunk beds and a private bath in each room. They are great for large groups with small budgets.

POSITIVELY NO PERSONAL PETS are allowed in Lodging Rooms. An additional charge will be rendered. We are a smoke free facility with smoking permitted on our decks and porches.

The Challenge Course is a combination of obstacle course activities, coupled with individual and group initiatives that add up to high excitement and adventure! Our Challenge Course is successful in developing self-confidence, building group support and increasing one's agility and coordination. *
Picnic Facility Use Fee: we have three (3) different Picnic Areas which are available to your group at a charge of $5.00 per person for a four-hour picnic and $7.00 per person for any picnic over four hours. The option for Airfield Center to cater the picnic is available. See our picnic menu for selection and pricing. All picnics must be scheduled in advance. Children three and under are FREE.
Our listed recreation facilities may be included with the rental of the Picnic Areas and with any conference booked. However, if you are an overnight guest and have additional people joining you on the property, there may be a $4.00 per person facility charge.
Stop by the front desk in the Gray Building to pick up any recreation equipment, plus signing up for use of the canoes and paddle boats. Driver's License along with a $1.00 per person fee is required. Driver's License returned when the boat key is returned.

Pool rental, after normal hours, for up to 50 people $100.00 per hour, for over 50 people $200.00 per hour. Pool usage should be scheduled prior to function.
There will be a $30.00 charge for additional set-ups.

PATRONS are allowed to bring their own audio-visual equipment. However, the center is not responsible for any equipment brought in by center guests.


The Dining and Socializing Experience at the Airfield Conference Center
A culinary experience awaits our guests at Airfield Conference Center. Our Food Service staff is noted for their versatility in the preparation of culinary delights to meet the wishes and tastes of the Center's guests. They are famous for their Southern Cuisine.The Dining room staff can provide settings from the basic table setting to elegant banquet table settings. The wait staff is trained to serve the dining guest as expected with fine dining.
