Virginia. Host sisters Rosemary Martin (left) and Britta Bielak share in the celebration. Costa Rica
youth stayed with their host family for 10 days following State 4-H Congress. Virginia 4-H members will stay
with their Costa Rican host brothers and sisters while they are in Costa Rica.
