Foods, Nutrition, and Health Do you like to eat healthy? Do you like to cook? Have you ever wondered why there is a date stamped on foods you buy? Have you ever wanted to know what all that stuff is that is printed on the food labels and what does it mean? Do you like to look at germs under a microscope? If you can answer yes to any of these questions, then this is the project for you! There are lots of different projects that you can choose in this 4-H program area: Foods Nutrition Health Food Safety Food Preparation and Processing Each of these project areas offers opportunities for you to participate in fairs, contests and presentations.
