Hey! My name is Jessica Ingle. I am a native of Lee County where Virginia begins in the Great Southwest District. I am proud to serve as your mentor of the statewide committee. This is my ninth active year in 4-H. I was tapped as an All Star this year. I show Boar goats at local and state fairs and I have been a teen leader at 4-H camp. I serve as an advisor on the Southwest District Council and I set on several local boards in my community. I served as a Southwest District Ambassador last year. I have been to National 4-H Conference and Tennessee State 4-H Roundup. I will be attending National Congress this year. My goal as a mentor is to help cabinet achieve its goals. I hope to grow into a better leader by serving as a mentor. You, as a 4-H member, should run for an ambassador on Cabinet, because Cabinet has helped me to improve my 4-H qualities and I hope it can do the same for you!
