Energy Resource Guide for Virginia

placeholder

The Energy Resource Guide for Virginia assists consumers searching for information about energy-efficiency in their homes, farmers looking for ways to make energy-efficient choices for their operations, and middle-school students learning the SOL requirements for energy concepts.

Martha Walker, Extension community viability specialist, developed the guide in partnership with the Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy; the Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives; and Appalachian Power Company. Bobby Grisso, Extension machinery specialist, reviewed the guide from an agricultural standpoint.
